WURD Speaks: BRAIN STRAIN II — The Effect of Trauma on Education

Too many of our children have witnessed or experienced trauma in their young lives. Whether it’s homelessness, physical abuse, community violence, or the death of a parent, many young people carry the scars of these realities into the classroom.
