The MOJO 7.24.14 - The ABLE Act

Steph talks to Sara Weir, vice president of the National Down Syndrome Society, and Sara Wolff, a PA resident living with Down Syndrome, about the ABLE Act (Achieving a Better Life Experience) now before Congress. Supporters have been trying for seven years to get the ABLE Act passed. The ABLE Act would allow people with disabilities to put money into tax-deferred savings plans to cover expenses like education, housing, transportation, therapy, rehabilitation and assistive technology.
