Dec 22, 2011 | NewsIn a beleagured economy and seemingly more painful during the holidays, President Obama urges House Republicans to sign on to a two-month extension of Social Security payroll taxes and unemployment insurance benefits.Aftera tough appropriations campaign on future tax regulations, the House succeeded in passing the Payroll tax-cut extension.
